LIBERATING STRUCTURES

Your team has the ability to find solutions that suit them. With the Liberating Structures method set, we strengthen this ability and guide your team towards new decision-making confidence and capacity for action.

IMPROVISATION

Improvisation promotes perception, creativity and a sense of cooperation. Teams grow beyond themselves, develop more trusting relationships and learn rules and techniques for creative and inspiring collaboration. Basically, every conversation we have is improvisation – so it can’t be that difficult.

STORYTELLING

For information to stick, you need a narrative that grabs attention. We are storytelling experts. We always look for the story in a project. A clear intention presented in a coherent narrative: that is the key to success. And we deliberately use stories to bring messages to life. This creates connection and energy.

THEORY U

Prof. Otto Scharmer’s Theory U serves as a framework for our interventions. The most important principles of Theory U are:

– You cannot understand a system unless you change it (Kurt Lewin).

– You cannot change a system unless the consciousness of the individual changes.

– Consciousness cannot change unless you view and experience a system as a whole.

Sometimes you actually have to hear what you say before you know what you think. That’s why it can sometimes be helpful to think with your hands. By letting your team use Lego® to build something that might not be easy to put into words, you can quickly gain clarity and new insights. Lego® Serious Play® offers a mindful and productive introduction to a range of topics.
