It is the responsibility of every manager to address unpleasant issues directly. The more serious the problem, the more damaging the passive communication of superiors can be – both for the individuals affected and for the organisation.
PREPARATION
However, it does not necessarily have to be about bullying, addiction or depression for a conversation to become difficult. One person may not be able to point out mistakes, while another may find it difficult to offer genuine praise. We discuss with you in advance where you want to place the focus.
Through a series of interviews with the target group, we gain an understanding of the specific situations and challenges. This ensures that our workshops are closely aligned with your reality and get straight to the point.
THE WORKSHOPS

The workshops begin with a humorously exaggerated scene close to the everyday lives of the participants: a feedback meeting in which a manager gets into a spin. The participating managers are familiar with this situation and empathise with the manager – but they can also laugh about it together. This is how we remove the taboo surrounding the topic.
Participants then slip into the role of coach: based on their own experiences, they advise their alter ego on stage. Through intensive discussion, they develop practical solutions for the scenario. By trying out different approaches and refining specific behaviours, they expand their repertoire of actions.
With complementary methods such as collegial case consultation, we create a trusting space in which it is also possible to show vulnerability. This supports the transfer into practice.
THE DEEPENING
The use of conversation simulations is an extremely effective way of deepening learning: managers themselves enter into a delicate situation with professional coach actors. They receive immediate feedback from them and their colleagues. An intensive learning experience with high transfer value.
